CARA
nominations
Breaking News! After Dark has just received
3 nominations from the Contemporary
A Cappella Recording Awards (CARA.)
The nominations are for best mixed collegiate
song, solo, and arrangement.
This
was a fantastic year for Wash U a cappella,
with the co-ed groups garnering 6 nominations
overall. After Dark is very proud to
be a part of this incredible community!

you to everyone who auditioned for our
group over the past week. You made our
decisions extremely difficult! We hope
that you'll take advantage of the numerous
musical opportunities offered at Washington
University and that you'll continue
to support After Dark. We loved getting
to know you and we hope to see you during
the year.

session! We had a blast getting to meet
all the new people. In case you missed

finished recording for their newest
album! The new album, yet to be named,
will feature 11 tracks all arranged
by After Dark members.

New Year! After Dark has been in the
studio recording their second album,
which is being mixed by Tat Tong of
T2
Productions. The tracks are fantastic
so far, and we can't wait to finish
recording in the spring!

the divisional, thus advancing to the
regional semifinals in Madison. And
